Amanda Granberg

Amanda aims to build her community by teaching a practice which connects students with their own body, mind and spirit. She holds space for others by offering a mindful practice for optimal wellbeing: feeling well in your being. Encouraging students to use intuitive movement, she empowers them to attune to their instincts on and off of the mat. She believes that the lessons we learn in everyday life are interchangeable to those we can apply in our yoga practice.
